Fifth Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Board of Directors of Classic Scenic Berhad is pleased to inform that the Fifth AGM of the Company was duly convened and held on Tuesday, 10 June 2008.

At the said meeting, all the resolutions as per the Notice of the Fifth AGM dated 16 May 2008 were approved by the shareholders.
